Prosecco Pomegranate Cocktail (Pictured above)
With summer almost here I thought I would share an easy Prosecco Pomegranate Cocktail! The best part is that this drink only has 3 ingredients. This is an awesome cocktail you can make for events, parties or an after work beverage! It’s something that can easily be made last minute that will still be a party pleaser!
Prosecco Pomegranate Cocktail Ingredients:
1 pomegranate
Bottle of chilled Prosecco (I used Bottegga Prosecco you can use your favourite)
Bottle of POM Wonderful Pomegranate Juice
Directions to create:
Fill 1/3 of your glass with Pomegranate Juice. Add one-two tablespoons of pomegranate seeds, then fill the remainder of your glass with Prosecco. If you desire a drink with with a more fruity taste, add additional Pomegranate Juice.
It’s that easy! You could also enjoy this as a different take on a mimosa and serve with brunch. If you aren’t a huge fan of pomegranate you can remake this drink with any fruit you desire. Just change out the pomegranate juice with fruit juice of your choice and the pomegranate seeds with fruit slices. I think this drink could be really good with blueberries, raspberries or even blackberry.
